This Privacy Policy explains how MapStats Dashboard, operated by STROIEKO TOV, handles information. The app is designed so that normal use does not collect, log, or retain personal information on STROIEKO servers.
Privacy by design
MapStats Dashboard does not require registration and does not collect, log, or store personal information during normal use. The application does not collect precise real-time location information and does not sell or share personal information with third parties.
Information collection
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If a network connection is used, temporary protocol data such as an IP address may be transmitted only as technically necessary for connectivity and is not retained by STROIEKO for tracking.
Location data
MapStats Dashboard does not collect precise real-time location information from your device for STROIEKO's own storage or analytics purposes.
Third-party sharing
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, STROIEKO does not sell, rent, or share such information with third parties.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, the exposure risk is limited. STROIEKO nevertheless applies reasonable safeguards to any systems and information it controls.
Data Retention
STROIEKO does not retain personal data generated through normal use of MapStats Dashboard. The Application does not create a server-side account, does not maintain a user profile, and does not store personal information in STROIEKO databases. Because no personal data is collected by STROIEKO through normal app use, there is no server-side personal-data retention period. Any information voluntarily sent to STROIEKO outside the Application, such as an email support request, is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce applicable agreements, after which it is deleted or anonymized where appropriate.
Data Deletion
Because MapStats Dashboard does not collect or store personal data on STROIEKO servers, there is normally no server-side app data to delete. Removing the Application from your device removes the Application itself and any app data controlled by the operating system on that device. If you voluntarily provide information to STROIEKO outside the Application, you may request deletion of that information by contacting us at support@stroieko.site. Requests will be handled subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. STROIEKO does not knowingly solicit personal data from children through normal use of the Application.
Changes to this policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page together with a revised effective date.
Your consent
If you voluntarily provide information to STROIEKO and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time, without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
Data breach notification
Since the Application does not collect personal data through normal use, a breach affecting app user personal data is unlikely. If an incident affects information you voluntarily provided to STROIEKO, notification will be provided where required by applicable law.
